For sellers living outside Japan
Book a booth
If you do not have an address and phone number in Japan, please book here and pay the booth fee online by card. Your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. If you live in Japan, please use the Japanese booking page instead (booth fees are paid in cash on the day).
Payment, cancellation and refunds
- When you continue to payment, we hold your booth for 60 minutes. If you do not pay within that time, the booth is released and nothing is charged.
- Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment. We will email you a confirmation.
- If you cancel for your own reasons, we refund the booth fee minus the cancellation fee: 30% until 30 days before the market, 50% from 29 to 14 days before, and 100% from 13 days before. The fee is based on the date we receive your cancellation notice. Please email us to cancel.
- If you do not attend on the day, no refund will be given.
- If the market is cancelled due to rain or other reasons, we will refund the full amount.
- Rental items are paid in cash (Japanese yen) on the day.
